Developed from Marie A. Thiebaud’s firsthand experience—after 10 years in the corporate world and over 15 years as a Certified Advanced Structural Integration Practitioner—this class blends practical self-care strategies with body awareness and alignment principles. Each session includes guided instruction, group practice, and discussion on how to integrate these habits into daily work life. Marie provides practical, science-backed solutions through mindfulness and movement techniques designed to replace old, unhealthy workplace habits with energizing and sustainable ones.
Fully clothed and suitable for all body types, the class provides a refreshing reset for both body and mind—no equipment or prior experience required.
