SERVICES
Structural Integration (The 10-Series)
The 10-Series is the foundation of Structural Integration. Each session builds upon the last to realign and balance the body in gravity.
All sessions in the 10-series are 90 minutes. All follow-up sessions or sessions focused on chronic pain (symptomatic) are 80 minutes.
Local sessions (Wisconsin): $180 per session
Home visits (Wisconsin): $350 per session
Non-local sessions (Out of Wisconsin): $200 per session
Single & Follow-Up Sessions (Adults)
Follow-up sessions are available after completing the 10-Series or for maintenance work. If you have chronic pain I will ask that we address it first before starting the 10-series. You can think of it as a deep tissue session focused on your symptoms rather than postural realignment, but if you just have stiffness and soreness, I ask you to let me do a proper 1 session because that’s where the magic happens and is where my education is best used! We can discuss your needs either in your free consultation by phone or in conversation before we get started.
Local: $180 per session
Non-local: $200 per session
All follow-up sessions are no more than 80 minutes
Youth & Children’s Sessions
Structural Integration is adapted to meet the needs of younger clients, supporting natural growth, posture, and body awareness. As you can imagine, children without decades of wear and tear do not need the same amount of time, and I will stop when it feels appropriate to each child’s needs.
Under 10 years old: $75 per session (20–40 minutes)
Ages 10–18: $120 per session (40–60 minutes)
Package Option
Prepay for the full 10-Series (local clients only): $1,800 (saves $180). Packages must be used within 10 months.
Policies
Payment is due at the time of service (venmo/zelle/cash only, please!) NO CARDS!
24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
Missed sessions without notice will be charged in full to reschedule
Please wear comfortable underwear you don't mind being seen in as I'll get you on and off the table occasionally to look at your structure.
For men, stretchy boxer briefs or classic tighty whites work great; no boxers, please!
For women, most underwear is acceptable, and strappy bras are best - no sports bras please, because they are thick and tight and difficult to work around.
